Beginning October 1, 2012, Bosch Thermotechnology Corp.’s warranty claim process for DHW indirect tanks will be adjusted. At that time, the following information shall be provided with each warranty claim:
• Copy of homeowner proof of purchase, proof of residency, or other documentation establishing that the tank is in the possession of the original owner
In addition the following photographic documentation may be required in order to determine warranty:
• Anode Rod Condition
• Coil Condition
• Connection Condition
• Rating Label
• Entire Tank
Documentation and photos can be emailed to ldy.quality@us.bosch.com. Please include the tank serial number in the email subject line and re-size photos to less than 500K whenever possible.
